This is a recovery that CARI – Child Abduction Recovery International never intended to post about and was planning to keep our involvement silent in this matter out of respect to a past client. To the point that even the left behind parent in this case did not even know we were involved. We wanted it this way.
At the beginning of the year our Lebanese consultant and operative was contacted directly through a family member requesting he help regarding the recovery of young Michael. He immediately contacted our CEO to see if we should help. 3 years the mother from Belarus, now Australian citizen tried to get her children home. 18 days it took CARI – Child Abduction Recovery International.
Our operative, in consultation daily with CARI, immediately began to put a plan in place and working with the general security, a judge, the Lebanese police and the Australian Embassy.
Our operative used his and CARI’s contacts and his negotiation skills to return Michael back to his mother where he is now safe back in Sydney with his mother and siblings.
We would like to thank all involved for their support and work in bringing this altogether. This is another example of a CARI – Child Abduction Recovery International recovery that when dictated allows our operatives to use a different method as every recovery is different and needs to be treated differently.
The reason we have made our involvement public is due to our operative and CARI seeing another ‘so called’ child recovery agent Colin Chapman taking full credit for this recovery on Chapman’s Facebook page (see attached pictures with the green highlighted lines indicating complete lies). See below, promoting himself and Louise Halford of Evolve family law in the UK as doing the recovery from Lebanon. All a set up to create business for them both. Louise and Chapman requested $200,000 dollars but Irina said no. See the the conversation in WhatsApp below confirming this.

The truth is Chapman and Louise Halford, a solicitor in the UK asked for $200,000 from Irina! Evidence does not lie…
When Chapman was confronted with the truth he deleted and banned our operative and anyone else questioning him on his page about this recovery.
This is a first for us, we thought we had seen it all in the child recovery industry but this is the first time we have seen a competitor take credit for another agency’s work.
The media reporting on this case claimed the mother had executed the recovery on her own with the advice of Colin Chapman. This story couldn’t be further from the truth, as the skills of our operative were completely ignored. Again no due diligence carried out by Australian media looking for another quick story to print. Chapman has not been involved, nor he ever will be, in one single recovery on the ground from Lebanon.
That is why we have come forward. We are sick to death of all the lies that people tell in order to gain fame or pocket money from scamming. There is so much more to this story, so much more evidential material showing just how in depth CARI – Child Abduction Recovery International and our operative was involved, audio recordings of many conversations with authorities and many more interesting pictures. If Chapman was involved in Lebanon, as they clearly state in Chapman’s fb post, why does he not have any of this information, pictures etc etc…… the answer is easy…. he is like always, full of horse shxx. Advising a parent, is not the same as returning a parents abducted child home.

After posting this blog it seems Colin Chapman is not so happy the truth is out there, so in his true fashion he reverts to his ongoing hate campaign to say this post is untrue. His involvement went no further then a couple phone calls to the mother before she even went to Lebanon to try and recover her son. Chapman who continues to fool parents on social media, had not one thing to do with anything in Lebanon in this case. Remember his posts at the start of this blog and what he wrote!! We also have information that shows Colin Chapman and the mother in this case are trying to milk or extort the media in particular Chanel 7, who the mother had signed a deal for $40,000 to tell her half true story. A good reason to be pissed off CARI has come forward with the truth. Similar disgraceful actions by Chapman, selling Sally Faulkner messages when she was in the safe house. He will go after any opportunity to make a dollar regardless of the damage he causes parents or their children.
We know from a close source to the mother, Colin Chapman has offered money to the mother to state in the media he did the recovery in Lebanon!! So by us posting this ‘true’ story we are jeopardizing the mother and Chapman’s story, which in turn could lose them money. (Fast forward…. they did lose after media opened their eyes to these two)

Lets see what Channel 7 will air out on their Sunday night program, now they know the facts as shown with undisputed evidence. Update: Channel 7 withdrew their contract for the mothers fake story after we contacted 7.

Well lets just say the mother in this case is not who she says she is……CARI Child Abduction Recovery International have concrete information showing just who the mother really is and what she and Chapman have been hiding.
A little hint: In Lebanon foreign woman working in gentleman clubs as prostitutes are expelled and given a entry ban due to violating their tourist visa requirements. Many of these woman are from Russia, Belarus and or Ukraine. When this mother entered Lebanon to get her son back she was stopped by Lebanese immigrant for just that. She was not allowed into Lebanon. CARI operative was unaware of this as the mother had kept it all a secret. Who do you think she called when being held by immigration at Beirut Airport? It was CARIs operatives who raced to the airport to stop her being deported back to Australia without her son. It was CARI who had the entry ban removed with our immigration contacts, just so she could enter Lebanon! Don’t believe us? Here is the mothers Lebanese entry ban. Oh and she was housed for free by CARIs operative. Picture taken inside our operatives house. She stated in one media article she walked the streets for days searching for her son wearing this headscarf. We can also tell you, that was a lie to the media.

A real left behind parent DOES NOT talk about getting into the media before we recovered their children. This extortionist had only media and money on her mind.

Say hello to Irina Tarakan. A cunning plan to create a fake recovery with Colin Chapman, in order to sell their fake story and milk money from Channel 7 to the tune of 40,000 AUD. A disgrace to all left behind parents fighting for their children and a complete liar.
Update 1 December 2018: Despite all this, convicted fraud Chapman, continues to promote his fake company from this fake story using a different article, same fake story just different dumb journalist. He promotes never being stopped or detained…. that’s very easy to avoid when you don’t leave your sofa after parents pay thousands to help, but you never do or run away from a job and leave the parent stuck in a foreign country! Part of his ongoing scamming against left behind parents, along with his accomplices Patrick Desmond, Eric Kalmus and Donya Al Nahi or the ‘FRAUD SQUAD’ for short.
Anyone who doubts this information please we’d be happy to put you in direct contact with the only person who ever did things for Chapman. Chapman has no TEAM. This guy has lived on his fairy tales for years, as no one would speak out, while during his criminal days in juvenile detention and adult life, thinking of a way to make money without working…. that’s when he stumbled across the child abduction industry. Take a look at these messages below sent to our CEO from the mother in March 2020. She used a man’s Facebook account when he went out the back of his house for 10 minutes, leaving his phone on a table. Our Lebanese operative called this man immediately who is furious at the mother, and he informed CARI operatives she is nothing more than a drunk. He also informed us she sent these messages as she’s referring to Colin Chapman, after we exposed him for sexually abusing his two daughters. After 2 years and countless promises and more lies, she has not paid our operative in Lebanon the $4,000 she owes him after he helped her. Go figure!
Charming! You see people, those who scam vulnerable people or try to extort people for money, all hate one thing…. HAVING THE TRUTH EXPOSED.
But, she and Chapman did lose 40,000 AUD trying to extort Channel 7, so we guess she could be a tad bit upset. We would love to speak to any journalist about your scamming case Irina, but be very careful, we have much more factual information on you, including from your ex boss and others, where you worked in Beirut illegally selling yourself. The truth always comes out Irina. As you know, no journalist is interested in you or your extortion partner Chapman.
We could have one staff member working full time just showing what a fraud and conman Colin Chapman really is with the amount of lies he puts on his Facebook page. His numerous times locked up in Wolston Youth detention for car theft and theft, but we are working on the biography called, ‘the life of Colin Chapman’ which will include his undisputed criminal history and police investigations into his sexual assault of his two girls. Look at the names who like his fake posts, same people including his own fake fb profiles. Then he buys likes on posts that has his name in it to give the impression he is popular. Truth is he is almost bankrupt and desperate to take advantage of any parent. Look at his post 23 February 2020 where he buys the likes.
We are proud to have a great team now based in Lebanon as this is such a black hole for child abduction and much work is needed. We hope to soon have great news on a child abducted and missing in Lebanon for 7.5 yrs.
